“Move at an enjoyable pace” <— neither rushed nor delayed. I really loved diving deeper into this, and it’s exactly what I needed to hear right now. Made me think to episode 8 of *Awakening from the Meaning Crisis* where John Vervaeke talks of Siddhārtha learning of the ‘middle path’ but hearing a lyre musician teach their apprentice to tune the instrument—not too tight, not too loose!

“This is when Siddhārtha discovers the middle path. It doesn’t mean mean some compromising middling solution. It means a radical reformation. The middle path is to transcend the having mode by rejecting both self-indulgence and its negation self-denial.”

Anyways: your writing has evoked much for me dear chap. What a gift!
